Justy Confectionaries and Foods (JCF) Ltd has warned Nigerians public of the consequences of the food they consume and the cosmetics they use on their skin and hair.

The Chief Executive Officer of JCF, Dr. George Ekeh, at a seminar tagged, “Why Die Now,”said ladies’ hair relaxer, conditioner and dryer causes fibroid and immune imbalance in women.

“People are not eating the right food and it is a cost to their health.
That is why we are asking can we make a u-turn? The most dangerous thing is to carry big belly, which is death, around; excessive fat is where the problem is,” he said.

He added that big belly was a source of Cardiac heart disease, cancer, arthritis, kidney failure and diabetes among others. “Burn that fat and live more,” he said.

“Why die now? Why do you import toxins into your body? Even as    an-80-year old, are you supposed to die?”
According to him, those who  lived above 100 years in the past did because they ate the right food and also did some exercises, which helped them. “It was due to this that Justy decided to sensitise and educate Lagosians after six years of international research. Justy is looking at what humans can eat.”

He explained the reason behind growing cancer rate in the country saying, “the kind of the food you eat can  either make or mar your life forever.”  He said the “Why Die Now” campaign would be held all over the country. Cities in Lagos to be covered include Festac, Ekpe, Victoria Island, Ekpe, Agege, Badagry, Surulere and Apapa respectively.

He, therefore, urged that people do more exercises and eat good food, which is the healing property that goes into the body. “A lot of death is happening and we cannot trust administration to give you any help. We have Biniza that re-writes the Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and other good food well packaged and rich in vitamins.”
